Terms of Service

1. Toepassing en contracterende partij

These terms apply to every user of Rootboard, the online reporting platform of Superworkx B.V. (trading as Social Roots). By creating an account or using Rootboard, you accept these terms.

Op de verwerking van persoonsgegevens is onze verwerkersovereenkomst van toepassing; die maakt onderdeel uit van deze voorwaarden.

2. Definitions

• Rootboard: the online platform for marketing reporting and dashboarding.
• Workspace: a separate environment within Rootboard, for example per client or company.
• Channel: an external data source such as an advertising, analytics, or CMS account.
• User: the natural or legal person managing a Rootboard account.

3. Subscriptions and trial period

Rootboard wordt aangeboden via betaalde abonnementen. Nieuwe accounts krijgen een gratis proefperiode van 14 dagen zonder betaalgegevens. Na afloop wordt niets automatisch doorberekend: de proef stopt vanzelf, en betaling start pas als je zelf een abonnement afsluit.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize a payment for this. Changes to the subscription, add-ons, or additional workspaces are charged pro-rata. In case of non-payment, access may be suspended.

5. Usage Rights

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Rootboard within the limits of your subscription. You may not sell, resell, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform.

6. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the connected channels, the content of reports, and compliance with the terms of third parties (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Shopify). You grant Rootboard permission to retrieve data on your behalf to the extent technically necessary for the service.

7. Services and Availability

We strive for the highest possible availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance may lead to temporary unavailability. We announce planned maintenance as much in advance as possible.

8. Liability

Rootboard is een hulpmiddel voor rapportage. Beslissingen op basis van de getoonde data zijn altijd voor eigen risico van de gebruiker. Onze aansprakelijkheid is per gebeurtenis en per kalenderjaar beperkt tot het bedrag dat je in de twaalf maanden voorafgaand aan het schadegebeuren aan abonnementskosten hebt betaald, met een maximum van € 10.000. Indirecte schade, waaronder gederfde winst, gemiste besparingen en verlies van data, is uitgesloten. Deze beperkingen gelden niet bij opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid van onze kant.

9. Opzegging, export en teruggave van data

Je kunt je abonnement per einde factureringsperiode opzeggen via de instellingen, zonder opzegtermijn en zonder contact met support. Je kunt je gegevens op elk moment zelf exporteren als PDF, CSV of via de API. Na beëindiging blijft je data nog 30 dagen beschikbaar om te exporteren; daarna verwijderen we die volgens de bewaartermijnen in ons privacybeleid. We kunnen de overeenkomst met onmiddellijke ingang beëindigen bij ernstig misbruik, niet-betaling of schending van deze voorwaarden.

10. Changes

We may change these terms and prices. Changes will become active after a reasonable period following publication on this page. Your use of Rootboard after that period constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Superworkx B.V. is registered.
